Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Scope of these terms
These Terms & Conditions describe the general basis for using the Postly Outreach website and arranging guest posting, link building, blogger outreach, content writing, or on-page services. Postly Outreach is based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and serves clients worldwide. Please review these terms before placing an order. An enquiry alone does not establish a confirmed project. The written proposal, order confirmation, and any agreed changes define the specific work. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable even where a general term or project agreement says otherwise. Questions can be sent to info.postlyoutreach@gmail.com.
Agreeing project requirements
Before work proceeds, confirm the required article count, proposed publications, destination pages, content responsibilities, link attributes, disclosure requirements, reporting format, price, and expected timing. A package description is a starting point, not a complete specification for every campaign. Website metrics may come from third-party tools and can change. They should be understood as estimates or comparative indicators, not certified future results. Changes to the brief, target sites, or content after agreement may affect cost and timing; discuss and record those changes rather than assuming they are automatically included.
Client responsibilities and content rights
Provide accurate business information and only supply material you are authorized to use. This includes text, photographs, trademarks, product claims, and any personal information included in a draft. Review factual statements concerning your business and raise necessary corrections before publication where approval is part of the agreement. Do not request unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content. The ownership and permitted reuse of commissioned material should be agreed in the project scope. Material belonging to publishers or other third parties remains subject to their rights and applicable permissions.
Sponsored links and publisher standards
Contributions must respect the publisher’s editorial requirements and applicable advertising disclosure rules. Paid promotional placements should be disclosed and links qualified with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" where required by Google’s policies. An order must not require a publisher to conceal advertising or provide unqualified paid links intended to manipulate rankings. Clarify link treatment before commissioning a placement, including when a package refers to dofollow links. Publishers control their own sites and may decline a topic, request changes, or alter their policies. Any proposed alternative should be discussed against the agreed scope.
Prices, payment, and delivery
Published starting packages are Starter: one guest post for $30; Agency: five guest posts for $150; and Business: ten guest posts for $300. Enterprise work requires a custom quote. Confirm the applicable currency, any taxes or transaction charges, payment method, and payment schedule in writing before committing. These terms do not introduce additional fees or a universal payment deadline. Publisher reviews, article revisions, and third-party availability can affect timing. A specific delivery commitment must be recorded in the order agreement; a general enquiry or estimated schedule is not an unconditional publication guarantee.
Changes, cancellations, and remedies
Revision limits, cancellation arrangements, refund eligibility, replacement options, and any placement maintenance commitment should be confirmed in the written order terms. These general terms do not establish a blanket non-refundable policy or a new money-back guarantee. If work appears inconsistent with the agreed brief, provide the relevant order details, URL, and explanation so an appropriate next step can be discussed. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded. A publisher may later edit, move, or remove an article, so do not assume permanent hosting or automatic replacement unless that obligation was specifically agreed.
SEO outcomes and third-party control
No specific search position, traffic increase, lead volume, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Search results depend on website quality, competition, search engine changes, and other factors outside a placement agreement. Third-party authority scores do not guarantee Google performance. Clients should assess the suitability of their own website and use marketing services responsibly. Google Forms, social platforms, advertising services, and publisher websites operate independently and may have separate terms. Their availability and editorial decisions are not controlled by this website. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Website use, questions, and updates
Do not misuse website features, interfere with other visitors, or attempt unauthorized access. Website information is intended to help you understand available services; it is not individualized legal advice or a promise of a search engine result. Read the Privacy Policy for information about advertising, local browser preferences, and external contact services. These terms are dated 13 October 2026 and may be updated to reflect service changes. Raise disputes or unclear requirements through info.postlyoutreach@gmail.com with relevant project details. Any governing-law or dispute arrangements for a particular order should be addressed in its agreement, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
